Our lawyers jointly with an English law firm represented the interests of private investors in a dispute with Ukraine at all stages of consideration of the case under the ICSID rules.
As a result, an award was obtained ordering the recovery of approximately USD 15 million in favor of the investors. Currently the ICSID award is being enforced.
