The dispute is in the process of mandatory negotiations before being submitted to an ad hoc international arbitral tribunal in accordance with the bilateral Agreement on Mutual Protection of Investments between Ukraine and Armenia.
The estimated claim amount could reach approximately USD 110 million. For almost a year, Lamwell lawyers have been analyzing the investor’s position and preparing the evidence and arguments for the investment arbitration case.
